We dreamt of more and 2020 gave us permission to go for it. So this is us, taking an opportunity to heal our community in all the ways we feel pulled to provide. In addition to describing our revolutionary approach to your healthcare, we would like to also extend a transparent introduction into what your pocket book can expect from Restore-Northfield moving forward. The traditional in-network insurance system wasn't working for our patients, our providers, or the sustainability of our practice. As deductables rise and reimbursement for your care continues to markedly decline as the years progress, our community as an entirety suffers. Historically, traditional insurance models delay back-end payments, not only at a small fraction of the billed coverage, but also sluggishly take several weeks and sometimes months to arrive to our team. This system places inequitable strain on the efficiency of our efforts and the mental health of its generous, skilled providers. In an effort to ensure that we can continue to provide exemplary care without the messy red tape, we have revised and amended our insurance contracts, and invite you to understand our Compassionate Care Program.
Serving all prenatal, postpartum, and menopausal women, regardless of financial outlook and/or socioeconomic status, is a valued priority of Restore-Northfield. One which traditional insurance models frankly do not honor. In an effort to close this gap, we have rearranged our payment fees and added an open-door Compassionate Care option for women experiencing financial hardship.

Our new policy ensures that everyone's boundaries are respected, and encourages complete transparency within the community.
